What are the odds? DraftKings expects Ravens to sit players as they’re underdogs vs. Steelers

Ravens are favorites, but not by much

NFL: Seattle Seahawks at Baltimore Ravens Jessica Rapfogel-USA TODAY Sports

In Week 17, DraftKings Sportsbook opened with a 3.5-point spread for the Ravens to defeat to the Miami Dolphins. The projection proved too few as the Ravens on New Years Eve bludgeoned the Dolphins, 56-19. But against the Steelers, the Ravens are the underdogs as they’re expected to sit many starters

Spread: Ravens +4
Over/Under: 37.5
Moneyline: Ravens +160/ Steelers -192

Odds/lines subject to change. T&Cs apply. See draftkings.com/sportsbook for details.

Comes as no surprise the Ravens aren’t the overwhelming favorites as they have nothing to play for in Week 18 but escape without injury. As such, they’re likely to sit numerous stars and starters, including MVP candidate quarterback Lamar Jackson. Be it Tyler Huntley, Josh Johnson or Malik Cunningham, the Ravens will not be fielding their superstar, or some of his best weapons. The Ravens need rest while the Steelers must win in hopes of making the postseason, which makes sense as to why the Steelers are favored.
