Earlier this week, Baltimore Beatdown polled Ravens fans, asking if they believe the Ravens will win the No. 1 seed in the AFC. The team currently sits with the No. 2 seed, and a nearly 30% probability to win the top seed. They play two of the top contenders for the No. 1 seed in their remaining schedule, the Jacksonville Jaguars and Miami Dolphins. And even if they defeat both of them, the rest of their schedule is a challenge while others get a cake-walk. This led the majority of Ravens fans to not expect their beloved birds to not win the coveted bye week. prior to the postseason.

Ravens fans aren’t saying that because they’re down on the team, either. Baltimore Beatdown also polled Ravens fans on their confidence in the team, and it’s sky-high.

It’s respectable to see while the fans are hopeful the Ravens can get it done, simply the schedule and challenge of needing to go 4-1 or even 5-0 to earn the bye week is a bit impractical. However, it’s not impossible, and a stumble or two by the Dolphins, Jaguars and Kansas City Chiefs could deliver the Ravens a blessed bye week prior to what Odell Beckham Jr. calls the “real, real season.”
