In Week 15, DraftKings Sportsbook opened with a 3.5-point spread for the Ravens to defeat the Jacksonville Jaguars. The projection proved too little, as the Ravens won by a 16-point margin, 23-7. Partially due to their dominating defense and other part being the Jaguars’ miscues, from not spiking the ball in the last-minute drive in the first half to try and nab some points to two missed field goals and a red zone fumble by quarterback Trevor Lawrence. In all, the Ravens crushed the Jaguars while hiding under the 43.5-point over/under line.
Spread: Ravens +5

Now, the Ravens will head to Santa Clara, California to face the No. 1 seeded San Francisco 49ers, who are arguably the best team in the NFL. These two are the best of their conferences, and it would appear they’re a looking to play the game of the year, and/or a Super Bowl preview.
It’s not wrong to think the Ravens are underdogs. The 49ers are strong, talented and deep just about everywhere. Their biggest stars on defense are positioned where the Ravens’ offense appears weakest, too, as tackles Ronnie Stanley and Morgan Moses have struggled. This will give a smile to pass rushers Nick Bosa and Chase Young.
No matter, the Ravens have risen to the occasion against every top-tier team they’ve faced. This game should be no different.
