Week 2 was another eventful one across the NFL landscape. Three games exceed 60 combined points, 11 favorited teams won and eight underdogs covered the spread. It was a much more successful pick’em performance from the group compared to Week 1.

The staff is going heavy on favorites this week, as 10 of the 16 games saw a unanimous predicted winner. That includes the Ravens over the Lions, where they’re favorited by 8.5 points on the road, and a handful of other near-double digit favorites: Panthers over Texans, Bills over Washington, etc.
In terms of point spreads, the most surprising consensus predictions are the Patriots over the Saints and the Giants over the Falcons. New England and New York are both 2.5-point favorites at home. Both the Giants and Falcons are looking to avoid falling to 0-3.
