Ravens’ 2020 first-round pick Patrick Queen is changing his jersey number ahead of his second season in the NFL. Queen posted a picture on Twitter of himself with No. 6 photoshopped onto his jersey.

Queen wore No. 48 as a rookie. This change comes after the league passed a new rule this offseason which relaxes the number restrictions for certain position groups. For example, linebackers can now wear any number between 1-59 and 90-99. Queen wore No. 8 in college at LSU, but that number is currently occupied by MVP quarterback Lamar Jackson. That didn’t stop Queen from having some fun with Jackson, however.

Queen was selected with the 28th pick in the 2020 NFL Draft and was an immediate starter on defense for Baltimore. Queen finished his rookie season with 106 total tackles, nine tackles for loss, 10 quarterback hits, one interception, two pass defenses, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, and one defensive touchdown.
