Ravens tight end Nick Boyle is returning to practice once again as the team appears to finally turn the corner on health.
We have designated TE Nick Boyle for return, allowing him to practice Wednesday.

Boyle returned for a few practices in the first week of September, but the team opted to place him on short-term injured reserve as he needed more time to recover.
With Boyle being designated to return, the Ravens now have three weeks to activate him to the 53-man roster or place him on season-ending injured reserve.
Boyle’s return comes as a ray of hope among the gloomy news of left tackle Ronnie Stanley undergoing a second surgery on his ankle that will have him out for a second season.
Over the past two seasons, Boyle, although known for his superior blocking ability, still has totaled 45 catches for 434 yards and four touchdowns; He’s a threat both as an extra blocker and as a safety valve for Lamar Jackson to dump the football off to in hopes of gaining more yards or a chain-moving first down, as 21 of his 45 receptions have gone for a first down those past two seasons.
Ravens Head Coach John Harbaugh is set to speak with the media at 11:30 a.m. ET today, and I expect we’ll hear more about the decision to activate Boyle and the teams’ plans. This article will update if more is released on the situation.
