Weaver was a second-round pick by the Ravens in 2002. He spent four seasons with the organization and started a total of 54 games. Weaver was previously the defensive line coach for the Texans from 2016-2019; he was ultimately promoted to defensive coordinator prior to the 2020 season. He also previously spent time as a defensive line coach for the Buffalo Bills (2013) and Cleveland Browns (2014-15) and as an assistant defensive line coach for the New York Jets (2012).
Joe Cullen has served as the Ravens’ defensive line coach since 2016, but he departed on Thursday to join Urban Meyer’s staff and become the defensive coordinator for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Per sources, reporting with @jamisonhensley that Ravens DL coach Joe Cullen will be Urban Meyer's defensive coordinator in Jacksonville.
