AFC North Week 17 Reactions: Baltimore fans brimming with confidence

Confidence in the Ravens is peaking once again

The SB Nation Reacts polls for Week 17 have been released and it appears Charm City fans enter the final regular season matchup without worry. According to Baltimore Beatdown fans, they are 94% confident in the Baltimore Ravens.

I believe this stems from the recent dominance, even with the injuries of Jimmy Smith, Marcus Peters and others. Baltimore is on a strong four-game win streak and has handily won three of the four matchups. They also face a depleted Cincinnati Bengals team, though they’ve broken the hearts of Baltimore in Week 17 before.

Speaking of the Bengals and their fans, the confidence in the team has also recently risen, what with two straight victories. They cruise to a 66% confidence after taking care of the Houston Texans last week with a final score of 37-31.

After a shameful loss against the one-win New York Jets, Browns fans are yet to allow themselves disappointment. With their team a victory away from guaranteed playoffs, their confidence still tops at 90%. I wouldn’t want to see this poll if they lose to Mason Rudolph and the Pittsburgh Steelers this Sunday.

After a tumultuous few weeks where the Steelers dropped three games consecutively, a 17-point comeback victory against the Indianapolis Colts has brought the Steelers’ fans confidence back to 17% in Week 16 to 56%.
