After two years of grinding back into the NFL, Dez Bryant has stated he’s planning to quit for the rest of the season. This comes on the heels of him being pulled pre-game against the Dallas Cowboys.
Yea I’m going to go ahead and call it a quit for the rest of the season... I can’t deal with this

According to Fox Sports’ Jay Glazer, Bryant’s test for Covid-19 this morning was inconclusive. He believed he was good to play and was planning to warm up as usual. Doctors then pulled him and he was retested and the test was positive.
Bryant was clearly upset about being pulled from warming up and testing positive.
Tell me why they pull me from warming up so I can go get tested... my shit come back positive... I tested positive for Covid WTF

Bryant also found it “crazy” that he is positive, seeing as his routine is the same.
The crazy thing is i have the same damn routine.... this shit do not make sense to me

According to NFL.com’s Tom Pelissero, the Ravens and Cowboys look to continue their Tuesday Night matchup as Bryant was the only positive test and no players were deemed high-risk, close contacts by the NFL or their doctors.
All other #Ravens players tested negative for COVID-19 and no high-risk close contacts were identified, source said. So, no Dez Bryant, but game on as scheduled and no other players impacted.

As for what the Ravens feel of Bryant’s comment on social media, that remains to be seen.
UPDATE: Dez Bryant says he’s coming back.
