Ravens vs. Jaguars: Inactives — Marcus Peters, Calais Campbell OUT

The Ravens will be missing a few key contributors on the defense

NFL: Dallas Cowboys at Baltimore Ravens Evan Habeeb-USA TODAY Sports

Heading into today’s must-win matchup, the Ravens remain banged up after their hard-fought victory over the Browns.

The secondary in particular will be very thin against a talented group of Jaguars wide receivers.

Additionally, a key starter on the offense will not play despite no injury designation.

Here are Baltimore’s inactives:

With the emergence of J.K. Dobbins and Gus Edwards as the primary ball carriers for Baltimore, Mark Ingram will sit out of today's game. After providing minimal on-field effectiveness, Ingram, though healthy, will not play as Dobbins and Edwards have escalated their level of play, which gives reason as to why Ingram was ruled out.

The Ravens will need to rely on their secondary depth as both Marcus Peters and Jimmy Smith have been ruled out due to injury. Players such as Davonte Harris, Anthony Averett, and Tramon Williams will need to step up. All three of these cornerbacks are dealing with injuries as well and were listed as questionable on the official injury report.

Jihad Ward, who has been making plays as of recently, is also a healthy scratch today.

The Jaguars head into today's afternoon matchup appearing considerably healthy.

Starters such as James Robinson and Tyler Eifert, both of whom practiced in a limited capacity all week, will suit up.

Here are Jacksonville’s inactives:

With the return of Gardner Minshew as the starting quarterback, Jake Luton will sit out as a healthy scratch.

Sidney Jones has been dealing with Achilles issues, so he will be held out of today's game.
