Heading into the crucial AFC matchup against the New England Patriots, which will air on Sunday Night Football, the Ravens will be without a number of key contributors on the defensive side of the ball.
While a couple of players were ruled out early on during the week, a number of other players who were listed as questionable will not be suiting up.

Calais Campbell was ruled out very early this week as he strained his calf early on against the Colts.
Jihad Ward being inactive comes as a bit of a surprise since the veteran has more experience than a number of other defensive linemen. Expect Broderick Washington and Justin Madubuike to receive significant snap shares in place of Campbell.
Jimmy Smith was unable to practice all of last week as he dealt with an ankle injury. Smith played every single defensive snap against the Colts as Marlon Humphrey recovered from his COVID-19 diagnosis.
The newly-signed veteran cornerback Tramon Williams should see the field a decent amount in replacement of Smith.
L.J. Fort will also sit out due to a finger injury he sustained.
The Ravens offense will welcome the return of Mark Ingram, who hasn't played since Week 6 due to a high ankle sprain.
The Patriots will be without one of their star defensive backs for tonight’s game.

The absence of Stephon Gilmore due to a knee injury could really help open things up for Baltimore and their passing game. Hopefully Greg Roman allows for Jackson to stretch the field a bit more knowing that New England’s best defender won’t be playing.
Overall, the Patriots appear healthy heading into tonight’s game despite many questionable designations for players.
