After a week—or two, of rest for team and the starters, they now find themselves in Charm City awaiting their opponent’s arrival. This time, it’s the Titans of Tennessee.

After an impressive performance in which the Titans shut out the New England Patriots in the second half of their Wildcard matchup, they face a new test with the league MVP, Lamar Jackson, and his bulldozing offense. Many are discussing how the Ravens will handle Derrick Henry and the Titans’ offensive line while also forgetting the absolute domination by this Ravens’ offense on the ground in 2019. They broke NFL records and notched 12-straight wins to close out the season. This is something to fear and it’s being swept under the rug.

It will be interesting to see how the Ravens defense manages the Titans offense. Baltimore has the players to handle Henry in the trenches but it only takes one mistake for him to find the second level. He’ll be used early and often, too, as the other option is Ryan Tannehill attempting to throw against two First-Team All-Pro cornerbacks in Marcus Peters and Marlon Humphrey. Never-mind that Jimmy Smith and Brandon Carr are the “second-string.”
