Ravens vs. Chiefs: Week 3 Inactive List

Notable players on both teams will not be playing in today’s marquee matchup

For the most part, the Ravens inactives from the past two weeks against the Dolphins and Cardinals look the same. However, the injury of one player will allow for a rookie third-round draft pick to make his NFL regular season debut. Here are the inactives for the Ravens:

After sustaining an elbow injury in last week’s game, special teamer Brynden Trawick will not be active for today which will allow for pass-rusher Jaylon Ferguson to make his regular season debut. Aside from Ferguson’s activation, this week’s inactive list remains reminiscent to that of the past two weeks.

The Chiefs will be missing multiple impact players which will surely make a difference in the outcome of this afternoon’s game. Here are the Chiefs inactives:

It had already been known that Damien Williams, Tyreek Hill, and Eric Fisher wouldn't be suiting up for today’s game. Those are three vital players to the success of the Chiefs offense. The Ravens will do their best to capitalize on the weaker depth (especially at LT), but you can never count out Patrick Mahomes despite not having these key players on the field.

Interestingly enough, former Ravens LT Greg Senat is also inactive for today’s game. By having extensive knowledge about the Ravens offense, Senat’s acquisition was more likely for intel rather than playing purposes.

The healthy Ravens will look to capitalize on the absences of various Chiefs players as kickoff is set for 1:00 p.m. ET today.
