Ravens vs Cardinals: Bold Predictions

After a dominating 59-10 win against the Miami Dolphins, the Baltimore Ravens will host the Arizona Cardinals for their home opener at M&T Bank Stadium. The staff of Baltimore Beatdown put together their bold predictions for the Ravens Week 2 game.

Earl Thomas records his first career sack in front of Baltimore’s home crowd. Both Gus Edwards and Mark Ingram find the end zone.

It’s Myles Boykin’s turn to shine in the rookie rotation. Boykin hauls in five catches for over 100 yards and a touchdown. Lamar Jackson and the offense keep rolling.

Lamar Jackson and Kyler Murray combine for over 600 scrimmage yards, but the Ravens defense intercepts Murray multiple times in the second half - which is enough for Baltimore to improve to 2-0.

Despite last weeks air raid, the Ravens gash the Cardinals on the ground and continue to break records, this time producing three players over 100 yards rushing (Ingram, Edwards, Jackson) which would be the first time in NFL history. A 70-yard touchdown run by Jackson is the highlight of the week.

After such a shocking performance from Lamar Jackson and Baltimore’s offense last week, it’s time for the defense to remind everyone of their dominance against the Cardinals. The Ravens will live in the backfield, sacking rookie quarterback Kyler Murray at least five times. Baltimore’s strong secondary will be on full display as well, as they snag two interceptions, one being from safety Earl Thomas, giving him in an interception in both of his first two games for the Ravens.
