Aside from a couple of players, the Ravens have their usual cast of players that find themselves on the inactive list from week to week. Here are the Ravens’ inactives:

Players officially listed as questionable for today’s game including Marquise Brown, Marlon Humphrey, Seth Roberts, and Patrick Onwuasor will all be active.
Consequently, cornerbacks Iman Marshall and Anthony Averett will not play into today’s game with Humphrey being cleared to play.
New players in the inactive list include the recently signed center Hroniss Grasu and DT Justin Ellis. With Grasu being added to the roster only a couple days ago, his inactive status should not come as a surprise. Ellis’ absence may seem a little bit surprising since he has been active every game since he signed with the Ravens during the season.
The Bills also appear very healthy for today’s game as they will not be missing any key starters. Here are the Bills’ inactives:

In addition to having the flu during the week, the consistency of Frank Gore and the emergence of Devin Singletary as a change of pace type of running back prompts the inactive status of T.J. Yeldon.
OG Quinton Spain, who was listed as questionable on the team's Friday injury report, will be active for today’s game.
With both the Ravens and Bills at full strength, expect to see a hard fought battle in Buffalo.
