The only player in the NFL to take 100+ snaps on both offense and defense has been extended through the 2021 season. The Ravens have been in talks with Ricard for some time, making their intention to retain the FB/DL blatant.
Ricard is currently PFF’s No. 2 ranked fullback, while he has played with relentless determination in his snaps along the defensive front.
#GivingTuesday, indeed. The Ravens announce that they’ve signed fullback and defensive lineman Pat Ricard to an extension through 2021.

If he needs a witness for the contract signing, he can take this Rams defender with him. pic.twitter.com/2GSNrc7vxA
Ricard’s play hasn’t gone unnoticed. His jaw dropping combination of size, strength and athleticism have gained notoriety throughout the 2019 regular season.

With Nick Boyle locked up, Ricard signed through 2021, Hayden Hurst and Mark Andrews on their rookie contracts, the Ravens tone setting offense will remain intact for the foreseeable future.
Patrick Ricard is currently the leading vote getter at fullback, make sure to do your part in sending ‘Project Pat’ to the pro bowl.
Ricard is an a key element to what could be the greatest rushing attack in NFL history, and has now been rewarded for his role in the Ravens historic offense. With Project Pat coming downhill to clear the lane for Mark Ingram, opposing defenses will continue being battered for a long time.
Rainman did it and he was a Ricard. Congrats to our big homie @PRic508 for securing that bag! The best two way football player on the planet pic.twitter.com/rIsMWkoqeB
