Week 11 was a good one for our writers in the weekly pick’ em segment, as every individual predicted the majority of games correctly. There was some shuffling at the top of the standings, though, with our readers reclaiming the top spot.

Unanimous Selections
Despite playing better as of late, our entire staff sees the streaking Browns defeating the Dolphins on the road. Cleveland is winners of two straight and not having Myles Garrett shouldn’t hurt too much against arguably the worst offensive line in the entire NFL.
The second game to see a consensus winner picked is the NFC North showdown between the Saints and Panthers, where our team sees New Orleans coming out on top. The fact that this game is being played in the superdome obviously favors the Saints, but they’re undoubtedly the more talented team in this matchup, too.
“Lone Wolf”
The following writers are alone in these picks:
- Jakob was the only writer to take the Broncos over the Bills
- Spencer is by himself in rolling with the Redskins to beat the Lions in D.C.
- Frank is alone in taking the Buccaneers to beat the Falcons
The Broncos nearly upset the Vikings last week, so it’s a bit surprising they weren’t picked by at least one other person. However, the Bills are the heavy favorite and are playing at home against an inexperienced quarterback.
In a marquee quarterback battle between Dwayne Haskins and Jeff Driskel, Spencer was the only writer to pick the Redskins to come out on top. This isn’t a terrible matchup for Washington considering Detroit’s injury struggles, but the Lions are still the favorite.
Although the Falcons are coming off back-to-back convincing wins, Frank sees their turnaround halting this week against the Buccaneers. This figures to be a high-scoring affair between two talented offenses, so it could potentially teeter either way.
