While the Ravens were on their bye week, our Baltimore Beatdown staff had a very successful showing in the Week 8 slate of game picks. All nine writers correctly predicted at least 12/15 games, although nobody was able to go a perfect 15-0.

Consensus Selections
Once again, there were several matchups in which a unanimous winner emerged:
- 49ers > Cardinals
- Eagles > Bears
- Bills > Redskins
- Seahawks > Buccaneers
- Browns > Buccaneers
- Cowboys > Giants
The undefeated 49ers should be able to take care of business against Kyler Murray and company in Arizona, and our writers evidently believe they will. Perhaps the most dicey prediction here is the Eagles over the Bears. While Philadelphia is coming off a big win over Buffalo and the Bears have struggled lately, the Eagles can be inconsistent.
Our staff doesn’t see the the Buccaneers giving Seattle any trouble, nor did anyone predict the Broncos to topple the Browns. Denver is starting Brandon Allen at quarterback, so the Browns should be a safe bet for a victory.
“Lone Wolf”
There’s only one standout selection this week, which is Spencer taking the Chargers to defeat the Packers in Los Angeles.
