After a divisional win over the Pittsburgh Steelers last Sunday, the 3-2 Baltimore Ravens will face another divisional opponent, the Cincinnati Bengals. Despite an 0-5 record, the Ravens cannot overlook the Bengals, especially given the recent history of their match ups. The staff of Baltimore Beatdown gave their bold predictions for the Week 6 showdown in the AFC North.
Spencer Schultz
Wide receiver Chris Moore is finally targeted deep and redeems himself by hauling in a 50-yard touchdown. The pass rush builds some momentum as it produces five sacks and seven additional quarterback hits.
Taylor Ciotola
Tyus Bowser explodes off the edge for 3.5 sacks and terrorizes quarterback Andy Dalton. Jaylon Ferguson has a solid day as well as he records his first career sack while also grabbing a tackle for loss.
Dustin Cox
Baltimore’s defense takes advantage of Cincinnati’s injury-riddled offensive line by sacking quarterback Andy Dalton five times and holding running back Joe Mixon to under 50 yards rushing for the game. The Ravens hold the Bengals to just three points, the lowest in a game for Baltimore’s defense all season.
Meanwhile, quarterback Lamar Jackson leads the offense to a high-scoring performance, putting up 31 points. The Ravens rush for over 200 yards, controlling the game and milking the clock with long and methodical drives.
Eric Misotti
Running back Justice Hill makes his mark on offense as he catches four passes for 75 yards and a touchdown. Gus Edwards and Mark Ingram combine for 200 yards on the ground.
