Update II: Head coach John Harbaugh announces C.J. Mosley won’t be out long after suffering injury vs. Bengals

NFL: Baltimore Ravens at Pittsburgh Steelers Mark Konezny-USA TODAY Sports

A terrible start for the Ravens as they may have just lost their starting linebacker for a long period of time. C.J. Mosley has been carted off the field following an awkward landing.

Initially, Mosley walked gingerly off the field after jumping over a Bengals’ player from the incomplete pass. Soon as he landed, he jolted and limped to the sideline. He went into the medical tent and afterwards was carted off the field.

This is a big loss for the Ravens. Unlike in other areas, the Ravens don’t have great depth at middle linebacker. Now, the team will play Patrick Onwuasor, the starter beside Mosley and insert rookie Kenny Young to fill in for the star.
