The Ravens are cruising after knocking off the power house Saints in a home match up where Baltimore stole a victory in overtime with a touchdown snag from Michael Crabtree. They head to Carolina to play their second straight NFC South team and hope to keep the good vibes rolling into the midway point of the season.
After a rocky start, Joe Flacco has seemingly turned things around the last few weeks, looking poised and efficient enough to guide the Ravens to a winning record for the first time since Week 1. The new look receiving corps has had a lot to do with that, hauling in big time catches and turning it on late in games.
As for Carolina, this has the makings of a tough contest. The Panthers are typically a very solid squad, and heading into their building is always a scary proposition. The Ravens have yet to see a player with the imposing frame and stature of Cam Newton, and it will take all the defense has to keep him contained on the road.
Will they do it, and waltz into the midway point at 5-3? Or will the win streak end and the Ravens fall back to .500 yet again? Tune into the above video to find out.
