As middle of June approaches, the remaining free agents are hoping to find a job for the 2018 season. Of course, the main unsigned attraction is wide receiver Dez Bryant. Bryant was released by the Dallas Cowboys a few months ago, and to the surprise of many, no team has signed him yet. The Baltimore Ravens came the closest, but Bryant didn’t agree to the deal.

Speaking of the Ravens, a couple former Ravens are making free agent visits this week. Kamar Aiken and Courtney Upshaw both visited Jets on Tuesday. Aiken spent last year with the Colts, while Upshaw has spent the last two seasons with the Atlanta Falcons. Both players visited and worked out with the New York Jets, as reported by ESPN NFL Nation reporter Rich Cimini:

In 2017, Aiken only caught 15 receptions for 133 yards, while failing to reach the endzone. Aiken scored eight touchdowns during his three seasons in Baltimore. Upshaw was the Ravens second-round pick in 2012 and the teams first selection that draft.

He was a solid player for Baltimore and was one of the team‘s best run stoppers. Upshaw notched 182 tackles as a Raven before leaving in free agency for Atlanta. Upshaw only notched nine tackles last season. Before the Jets workout, Upshaw had previously visited the Eagles.

Edit: The New York Jets announced on Thursday that they have signed defensive lineman Courtney Upshaw to a contract.
