I can hear it all the way here in Colorado. The entire state of Maryland, and Ravens fans around the world, screaming, “FINALLY!” The Ravens have picked a wide receiver, and a big one at that! The final fourth-round pick of the Ravens is spent on WR Jaleel Scott.

This is a BIG guy, standing 6-foot-5, 218 pounds. The size is something you can’t teach, and his hands are the real deal.
For a large frame, Scott has some speed, too, running a 40-yard dash in 4.56 seconds.
Worth noting, Scott was originally recruited by both Maryland and Kentucky, but didn’t qualify academically. He has the size, speed and skill to be a wide receiver, but didn’t have the grades.
NFL.com overview:
Ascending prospect with rare height and length for the position. Scott saw both his production and confidence explode in 2017 and consistently found ways to win once the ball was in the air. Scott doesn’t have the quickness to win underneath, but he does use stride length and hand fighting to create space for himself as a downfield threat. With experience outside and from the slot, Scott will be an intriguing prospect with backup wideout potential. — Lance Zierlein
