The Baltimore Sun’s Jeff Zrebiec reported earlier today that the Ravens were in advanced discussions with Brown, though, as Schefter is now reporting, the two sides appear to have come to an agreement.
The terms of the deal have not yet been released.
UPDATE: Adam Caplan of ESPN is reporting that Brown will come to Baltimore on a one year deal

Brown has had his share of injury troubles over his career. After a 1,000 yard season in 2015, Brown has dropped off since, totaling 517 yards in 2016, and 299 in 2017. In addition to having sickle cell disorder, Brown has dealt with injuries to his hamstring, quadriceps, back and toe over the last two seasons. He has only made 11 starts since 2015.
