The Baltimore Ravens are reportedly in negotiations with free agent wide receiver John Brown.
Per sources, Ravens pretty far down the road with free agent WR John Brown, a former Arizona Cardinal.

The Ravens have missed out on the top free agent receivers thus far, so Brown could very well be one of the best options available.
Brown, 27, played his first four seasons with the Arizona Cardinals. He has a career total of 173 receptions, 2,515 receiving yards and 17 touchdowns. In 2015, he had 1,003 receiving yards and seven touchdowns. Since then, Brown has dealt with poor quarterback play on an offense that regressed as a whole.
Last year, Brown only had 21 receptions for 299 yards and three touchdowns, but like I said, the offense as a whole regressed due to injuries and poor quarterback play. He has shown he has what it takes to be a 1,000 yard receiver, and he is still in his prime.
The Ravens really don’t have many options left in free agency as far as wide receivers go, so Brown could be the best remaining player. He wouldn’t demand as much money as some of the other receivers on the market, and could still have some untapped potential at 27 years old.
The biggest concern with Brown is his injury history and the fact that he has the Sickle Cell Trait. Still, he may worth taking a chance on.
