The Baltimore Ravens will play against the Chicago Bears on August 2, 2018 in Canton, Ohio for the annual Hall of Fame Game, according to Jeff Zrebiec of The Baltimore Sun.
Ravens will play in the 2018 Hall of Fame game on Thursday, Aug. 2 against the Chicago Bears in Canton, Ohio. The game will kick off weekend Hall of Fame festivities in Canton. Matchup makes sense, given that Ray Lewis and Brian Urlacher will be inducted into the Hall on Aug. 4

Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis and Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher will be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame this year. The two players were announced as Pro Football Hall of Fame inductees on February 3.
In addition, Baltimore will begin training camp a week early, due to the extra preseason game. Instead of just four preseason games, the Ravens will have five games to prepare for the regular season.
This will be the Ravens first ever appearance in the Hall of Fame game. Also means that the team will have 5 preseason games instead of four and they'll start training camp a week earlier.

With injuries to quarterback Joe Flacco and wide receiver Breshad Perriman, both players haven’t been able to participate in training camp. However, with the extra week looming, it could give the two another chance to build a rapport, barring an injury.
As for other young wide receivers like Tim White and Quincy Adeboyejo, this camp could prove to be a stepping stone into a bigger role.
