Only a couple days ago, both Ravens starting safeties Eric Weddle and Tony Jefferson joined forces in responding to free-agent-to-be WR Jarvis Landry’s Twitter.
Jarvis posted only a single word.

Eric Weddle responded with only a single word. Tony Jefferson hopped in with an image.

This isn’t the full-on recruitment of a player, at least not publicly, but it’s a start.
Weddle has done a great deal of recruiting for the Ravens, as the Pro Bowl safety brought along former Charger Danny Woodhead and also Tony Jefferson. No doubt, he also played a part in Jeremy Maclin’s signing with the club.
It won’t be easy recruiting the stud wide receiver. He’s due a big contract and the Ravens are rather slim in the money department. But the team is rather close to a post-season berth. With the right personnel, they can make a run at the Super Bowl, which certainly is something Landry wants. In fact, he posted his desire for a championship after watching the Philadelphia Eagles hoist the Lombardi Trophy in Super Bowl LII.
Woaaaaaaaaaaa. Lol

Oh yeah, Eric responded to this tweet, too.
