On Friday, Baltimore Ravens safety Tony Jefferson posted a picture of himself on Instagram wearing Johnny Manziel’s new Comeback$zn apparel.
This appeared to just be one player supporting another former NFL player, but the intrigue comes from the comment sections as usual.

Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey commented on Jefferson’s post with the comment “Tell him to come to the Ravens....!.” Now this likely doesn’t anything at all, but it’s still interesting.
In an age where we weed through retweets, Instagram comments and likes, Humphrey likely knew that his comment would be noticed by the media and likely meant it as no threat to Ravens QB Joe Flacco. For a frame of reference, defensive lineman Brent Urban also commented on the post asking Jefferson where he could get one of the hoodies.
Manziel who has been out of the league since 2015 has stated his intentions to return to the NFL and play QB again. If Manziel did find his way back to the NFL, it likely wouldn’t be with the Ravens who have been trying to reform the organization since the Ray Rice fiasco, but if it was something the Ravens wanted to kick the tires on, it appears they’d have the support of the locker room.
