The NFL Pro Bowl is coming up this Sunday, on January 28th. Three Ravens players will be there, C.J. Mosley, Eric Weddle, and Terrell Suggs. For Suggs, a long time nemesis had some kind words to say about him on Wednesday,

Baltimoreravens.com’s Garrett Downing had the chance to interview Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger while in Orlando for the Pro Bowl on Wednesday.

Roethlisberger has long been the Steelers quarterback opposite of the Terrell Suggs lead Ravens’ defense. The two have participated in many classic games, and have really helped shape the rivalry to it’s best in the NFL status of today. It goes without saying that the two longtime foes greatly respect each other, as Roethlisberger alluded to several times in the interview.

Downing went on to ask him if he thought Suggs deserved to be in the Hall of Fame when he is done with his career.

“Absolutely”, said Roethlisberger. He added, “I think it’s a no brainer.”

He followed it up by making a joke about how Suggs should retire now so he can be one year closer to qualifying. Roethlisberger has been pummeled for years by the sack artist, ‘T-Sizzle’. It’s a well respected rivalry, which is what makes it so special for everyone involved.
