The Cincinnati Bengals appear to be loaded with young talent on the offensive side of the football, but it looks like they may be missing some of that talent in their home opener versus Baltimore:
#Bengals WR John Ross’ knee sprain is expected to keep him out of the opener and likely the short W2, source said. Potentially back Week 3.

The news doesn’t come as a shock for the Bengals or for Ross, who was drafted into the league with injury issues. Still, it’s a blow to a Bengals offense that has potential to be one of the more explosive units in the NFL assuming they’re offensive line can keep Andy Dalton upright.
For Baltimore, it’s a good sign that they won’t have to deal with Ross’ potentially historic speed in his first NFL game. With Joe Flacco mercifully re-entering the lineup, this game is looking more and more manageable for Baltimore, the closer we get to Sunday.
