What it must be like, to play a game without injury concerns. Unfortunately, Ravens fans don’t experience this often, if ever.
On the second play for the Ravens, Jeremy Maclin received a 12 yard pass. During his seven yards after the catch, Maclin took two hits. Maclin stayed down after being tackled, and appeared to injure his right shoulder.
Looks like they're looking at Maclin's left shoulder on sideline.

It’s being reported that Maclin suffered a stinger in his right shoulder.
