After three catches and a run, runningback Danny Woodhead has been carted off to the locker room.
RB Danny Woodhead has suffered a hamstring injury and his return is doubtful.
— Baltimore Ravens (@Ravens) September 10, 2017
In the first Ravens offensive series, Woodhead accounted for 36 yards, 32 receiving and four yards on the ground.
The necessity for a Ravens receiving back is vital in the coming games. Baltimore loves throwing to tailbacks, and Joe Flacco is one of the best at finding his open safety valve for extra yards. They do have Jeremy Langford and Alex Collins on the practice squad. We’ll see later this week if the team signs another back, or gives one of the two aforementioned runningbacks an opportunity on gameday.
