Not many things with the Cleveland Browns have stayed constant in the past decade, but one of the few consistencies has been the great Joe Thomas. A future Hall of Fame left tackle, Thomas is admired by every person in the NFL, and he’s quick to give the compliments back, if they’re deserved.
Terrell Suggs received the most recent admiration, as Cleveland Browns beat writer, Mary Kay Kabot, posts:
#Browns Joe Thomas cites Freeney, Ware, Suggs and Mack as best he's faced, said Garrett has talent to be elite like that but needs polish

Some of the greatest battles for the Ravens of the past decade, when talking specifically of player vs. player matchups, include Terrell Suggs vs. Joe Thomas. Their personal achievements alone demonstrate why they’re both respected throughout their division and the entire league.
Luckily, we have a chance to enjoy at least two more matchups between these two candidates this season. One of the best reasons to watch Browns games has been the incredible play of Thomas, and against Terrell Suggs it becomes a true ‘clash of the titans’ war.
