Usually, in a preseason Week 3 game, teams treat this as the true dress rehearsal for the regular-season by playing all the starters for at least a half. For the Baltimore Ravens, this really won't feel like it as the team has been mounted with injuries throughout OTA's, mini-camp, and training camp, as the inactives for tonight's matchup with the Buffalo Bills will show, via WNST and the Baltimore Sun's Jeff Zrebiec.
#Ravens not suited up tonight: Flacco, Perriman, Stanley, M. Williams, Nembot, Humphrey, Boykin, McClellan, Payne, Canady

It's also important to note that Danny Woodhead won't play tonight either. It isn't surprising not seeing the likes of Joe Flacco, and Breshad Perriman tonight as they are both dealing with injuries that will keep them out of the preseason. The Ravens 2015 first-round pick has only played in one preseason game his entire career.
What isn't good is seeing your starting left tackle not on the field for the dress rehearsal and for the second consecutive week. Tight end Maxx Williams really needed to be out on the field tonight to follow up on his good game from last week against the Miami Dolphins. Marlon Humphrey, the teams 2017 first-round choice, will now miss his second preseason game this year.
