Harbaugh on Perriman injury, “Nothing’s changed with Breshad,”

NFL: Cincinnati Bengals at Baltimore Ravens Evan Habeeb-USA TODAY Sports

The last podium appearance by Head Coach John Harbaugh was a few days ago. He received a day off on Sunday; the Ravens three coordinators spoke to the media on Monday. Today, Harbaugh returned to nearly nine minutes of questioning from the media, two of which pertain to a certain star wideout, Breshad Perriman.

Ed Lee of The Baltimore Sun asked, “You mentioned Breshad, is there an update?”

“Nothing’s changed with Breshad,” Harbaugh said. “He’s a long-term hamstring guy, in terms of from when he did it.”

“He’s making progress,” Harbaugh continued. “Everything is on schedule and [the trainers] are happy with the way he’s progressing. That’s what I know.”

Luke Jones from WNST.net followed up with his own question, asking, “At this point would you not expect to see him in the preseason, for that reason?”

“I don’t want to rule him out, but I don’t know,” Harbaugh said. “It’s like I said, you never know with this stuff.”
