The injuries are beginning to pile up for the Ravens, and according to the Baltimore Sun’s Jeff Zrebiec, tight end Crockett Gillmore is the next in line.
With about five minutes left in practice, Crockett Gillmore went down with right leg injury. Spiked his helmet. Didn't look good.

According to Zrebiec, Gillmore grabbed his knee at first, and limped off the field with the help of trainers. In a post-practice press conference, Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said that it is too early to know the severity of the injury.
Gillmore looked to be one of the main figures in the fight for the starting tight end position. Maxx Williams just returned to the practice field after a rare surgery, and if Gillmore is to miss time, Williams has a chance to gain ground over his competition. Ben Watson and Nick Boyle will both be large factors in the competition as well.
Gillmore’s possible injury follows in a long string of Ravens injuries throughout the offseason. Kenneth Dixon, Tavon Young, Joe Flacco, Michael Campanaro and Dennis Pitta are among the players that have had to deal with injuries this summer. Amazingly, we are just two days into training camp.
