With the conclusion of minicamp, the Baltimore Ravens made the move to release RB Stephen Houston.
Ravens have released RB Stephen Houston. Likely making room to sign a few players who tried out at minicamp.

The assumption for the release, Baltimore needs room on the 90 man roster to sign somebody from minicamp. The surplus of tailbacks already on the roster means somebody needed cut, and Houston was the first on the list. Houston has only played in the preseason with the Baltimore Ravens.
The Ravens still have many more names on runningback depth chart.
- Kenneth Dixon (Suspended for the first 4 games of 2017 season)
- Terrance West
- Danny Woodhead
- Javorius Allen
- Lorenzo Taliaferro
- Taquan Mizzell (2017 UDFA)
- Ricky Ortiz (FB, 2017 UDFA)
