With just days away until the start of the 2017 NFL Draft, the Baltimore Ravens are working hard and making their decisions by filling out their draft board. Scouts and general manager Ozzie Newsome are heavily at work to see who will be the "best player available" when the team is on the clock with the 16th pick. One of the teams biggest needs entering the draft is to address the pass-rush. The Ravens have Terrell Suggs and Matthew Judon, but after that is some question marks with Za'Darius Smith not having a good sophomore season and the team releasing Elvis Dumervil. Baltimore even traded Timmy Jernigan, who played a role in the interior pass rush.

On Tuesday, the Ravens had Alabama inside linebacker Reuben Foster in for a visit. Today, they will take a look at one of the top pass-rushing prospects in this draft in Houston outside linebacker Tyus Bowser, per Albert Breer

In Bowser's junior year, he notched 50 tackles and 5.5 sacks. Last year, Bowser missed a month of the season with a broken orbital bone after getting into a fight with one of his teammates. Despite this, he still led the team with 8.5 sacks in 2016. Bowser contains good explosiveness, but might be a bit of a reach for any team in the first round due to his inconsistency. Bowser could be a strong day 2 pick in the second round while learning and developing under the guidance of Terrell Suggs.

Bowser and Foster however, weren't the only ones in Owings Mills recently. Also according to Albert Breer, the Ravens had Corey Davis, Jordan Willis, and Jabril Peppers in for visits.

Ozzie Newsome and his staff are doing their due diligence and their homework on each prospect that could be available by the time they make their selections. The front office knows they have to get this draft right after getting good returns from their 2016 rookie class last season. Newsome's board is being filled out and we won't find out who's at the top until next Thursday.
