I really don’t know how this happened, but Joe Flacco just made an extremely athletic play:
Make. The. Play. pic.twitter.com/bHXjnWToNe
— Baltimore Ravens (@Ravens) October 8, 2017
Flacco was stepped on while in the pocket, and tripped. However, Flacco did not go down, at least not all the way. The Ravens quarterback managed to stay on his feet, and regain his balance.
Flacco then stepped up in the pocket, and was hit again. As he is falling forward, Flacco throws a floater in the direction of Jeremy Maclin. Maclin makes the grab, and somehow the Ravens converted for a first down.
This is one of the most athletics plays I’ve ever seen Flacco make in his entire career.
The drive was capped off by a Javorius Allen touchdown as he ran it in from inside the one yard line. At the time of the score, the Ravens led 21-3.
