Mason was arrested in Tennessee after police responded to a call by a woman who has been dating Mason for a year. Police found the woman crying and told police that Mason had grabbed her by the neck, along with hitting her in the stomach. Detectives even found bruises on the woman's arm. It is worth noting, Mason surrendered to police.
Mason retired after the 2011 season, and is currently a sports radio talk show host on 102.5 The Game in Nashville.
