The Ravens had just gotten some momentum on offense after two big runs from Alex Collins and Javorius Allen. However, it all came to a screeching halt as Maxx Williams would fumble after making a catch.
Making matters worse, Williams was injured on the play. Williams stayed down after the play, limped off the field, and per Jeff Zrebiec, he limped directly to the locker room.

No word from the Ravens yet on what the injury was nor the severity. This post will be updated when that information comes out.
Update: Williams is out for the game with an ankle injury.

Williams was returning this week after the last three games with an ankle injury. This was surely not the return he had envisioned. At the time of the injury, the Ravens trailed the Bears 3-0 in the second quarter.
