Outside linebacker Elvis Dumervil will likely make his season debut against the Raiders this week, per Clifton Brown of CSN. Dumervil missed the entire preseason and the first few weeks of the regular season recovering from foot surgery.
While it was not officially announced he was playing, Brown tweeted that Terrell Suggs implied Dumervil would make a return.
Terrell Suggs made it sound like he expected Elvis Dumervil (foot) to play Sunday. Said he looked forward to having him back. #RavensTalk

John Harbaugh said that Dumervil was close to playing against the Jaguars in Week 3 according to Luke Jones of WNST, which lends credibility to Suggs statement.
Harbaugh said Elvis Dumervil was close, but he "just didn't quite get there" to be able to play against Jacksonville. #Ravens

Check back for when an official announcement is made.
Update (9/28/16 3:47 pm EST): Dumervil recently posted this on his twitter account:

Seeing Dumervil himself post this is very encouraging for his chances of playing. While it has yet to be officially announced, all signs point to seeing Dumervil on the field this weekend.
