Forbes has just recently released its annual most valuable NFL teams rankings for 2016. According to Forbes, the average value of all 32 teams actually increased from 2015, with the recently moved Los Angeles Rams benefiting the most because of its move from St. Louis to the City Of Angels.
The Baltimore Ravens come in as the 14th most valuable team in the NFL, according to Forbes. The Ravens' current value is $2.3 billion for 2016 with an operating income of $103 million and a revenue of $378 million. The Ravens actually find itself ahead of their AFC North division rivals. The Pittsburgh Steelers are 15th and are worth $2.25 billion, the Cleveland Browns are ranked 27th at $1.85 billion and the Cincinnati Bengals are ranked 30th at $1.675 billion.
For the 10th year in a row, the Dallas Cowboys and owner Jerry Jones are ranked #1 as the most valuable franchise in the NFL at $4.2 billion. The rest of the top 10 is rounded out by the New England Patriots, New York Giants, San Francisco 49ers, Washington Redskins, Los Angeles Rams, New York Jets, Chicago Bears, Houston Texans and Philadelphia Eagles respectively.
