What a fun game to watch tonight with the competitive battle going back and forth. Multiple Ravens proving to be worthy of a roster spot today.

Winners:

Matt Elam - The biggest knock on the former first round pick was his lack of tackling ability. Multiple times tonight he showed out by delivering open field solo tackles. Couldn’t be more thrilled to see Elam produce in back-to-back games.

Jeremy Butler - During a two-minute drill the Ravens passed to Jeremy four times. All four times Butler made the catch and he put the icing on the cake with a touchdown. The Ravens have a log-jam at wide receiver but Jeremy is doing his best to prove he deserves a long-term job.

Josh Johnson - A two-minute drill for the ages. Completing eight passes for 58 yards and a touchdown, the 3rd stringer is fighting to take over Ryan Mallett’s gig. Then later gets pulled back into the game after Jerrod Johnson can’t get it going. No doubt he’s a possibility moving forward. It also helps he’s a mobile quarterback, giving the Ravens something to practice with and against.

Matt Judon - Two big sacks by the rookie! The Ravens really needed to see pass rush and Judon produced. It’s strange as he never blows up in practice, but my oh my during preseason games he’s been a stunner.

Anthony Levine Sr. - An interesting player carving out a role with the Ravens. A safety that is a hybrid linebacker proving that he can stop the run and also cover receivers and tight ends. After a sloppy goal line offsides flag he responds with an interception on the two-point conversion and takes it back to the house for two points. The interception grabbed the lead back for Baltimore which eventually led them to victory. That may have sealed his fate as a part of the final roster.
