It’s going to be a hot one today folks. With a high of 90 degrees during practice gives a heat index of up to 100+. I’m just happy I won’t be in the pads.
Today will be the first practice since the Ravens first preseason game. Tomorrow they also have off, then hit it hard next week.

With the lackluster start for the Ravens in the preseason matchup I expect a somewhat hard hitting practice. Many drills focused on getting to the quarterback, and defensive prowess as a whole.
