Towards the end of practice TE Crockett Gillmore left the field with what looked to be an injury. Reporters asked tight end coach Richard Angulo about it, and he said he didn’t know anything about it.
Now the news coming out is Crockett Gillmore will be receiving an MRI on his hamstring.
Gillmore is one of the better tight ends of the absolutely deep position for the Ravens. It’s goes without being said, but bears repeating: if Gillmore is injured to the extent of lost playing time, the Ravens have multiple options. We all hope it never comes to that, and he is on the field tomorrow without a hitch.
Last season Crockett produced 33 receptions equaling 412 yards. He was very much a crutch that multiple Ravens quarterbacks could lean on. His season was cut short due to a shoulder injury, and the silver lining right now is he’s not getting an MRI on the shoulder.
