Buffalo Bills wide receiver Sammy Watkins recently had surgery on his broken foot last month and there is no real official timetable for his return and will have additional surgery on his foot. The Bills however hope that he can return by the time the team faces the Baltimore Ravens in week 1 of the 2016 regular season.

UPDATE: @AdamSchefter reports Sammy Watkins is not expected to return until after training camp but in time for the regular-season opener.

Having Watkins out of the lineup in week 1 would be a huge loss for the Bills and a gain for the Ravens. The Ravens wouldn't have to worry about the passing game as much and the team could key on the running game with the duo of Tyrod Taylor at quarterback and LeSean McCoy at runningback.
If Watkins is indeed out against the Ravens in week 1, don't expect the Ravens to feel sorry for the Bills as Baltimore has dealt with a rash of injuries over the last few years.
