Philadelphia Eagles Trade up with Cleveland Browns for the #2 pick

This is the second mega trade within two weeks

Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

It looks like the draft will have quarterbacks going 1st and 2nd overall for two straight years. The Philadelphia Eagles have traded with the Cleveland Browns, so that they may take whichever quarterback slips past the Los Angeles Rams (or they might take Ezekiel Elliot, but that would be crazy).

The Eagles are giving their 2016 1st round pick (8th overall) ,  2016 3rd round pick (77th overall) , 2016 4th round pick (100th overall) , 2017 1st round pick, and their 2018 2nd round pick for the Browns 2016 1st round pick (2nd overall) and 2017 4th round pick.

This benefits the Ravens, as it is now certain that Baltimore will get one of the big five of Joey Bosa, Jalen Ramsey, Laremy Tunsil, DeForest Buckner, or Myles Jack. It also means that the Cleveland Browns will likely be trotting out Robert Griffin the third, Josh McCown, or one of the lesser QB prospects in the draft. These past few weeks couldn't have gone better for the Ravens.
