Now that the league has dolled out compensatory picks, mock drafts are evolving from simple one-round prognostications and into a more broad look at the entirety of the draft.
Luke Easterling of Bleacher Report released his entire seven round manifesto today. Here is who he has the Ravens taking in the draft.
1st Round
Ronnie Stanley, OT, Notre Dame
2nd Round
Sterling Shepard, WR, Oklahoma
3rd Round
Jordan Jenkins, OLB, Georgia
4th Round
Cyrus Jones, CB, Alabama
Sean Davis, DB, Maryland
Maliek Collins, DL, Nebraska
Brandon Shell, OL, South Carolina
6th Round
Graham Glasgow, OL, Michigan
Aziz Shittu, DE, Stanford
If the Ravens were to get a draft class like this, I wouldn't be too surprised. This class would give the secondary and offensive line units a much needed rejuvenation and complete renewal. While I agree with Easterling's picks in principle, I'm not a fan of where he mocked some of these players. I think you'd see Baltimore burn if the Ravens went with Shepard at the beginning of the second.
