Steelers Line Backer James Harrison to return in 2016 NFL Season

Clearly James doesn't want to end the Ravens torture anytime soon.

Geoff Burke-USA TODAY Sports

The Baltimore Ravens will be seeing more of a nightmare with Steeler great James Harrison set to return in the 2016 NFL season.

While this does not bode well for Ravens fans, this is good for the league, with this season the NFL has lost multiple amazing players such as Charles Woodson, Marshawn Lynch, and possibly Peyton Manning. Maybe the world couldn't handle another big name leaving.

It wasn't long ago the Pittsburgh Steelers coaxed him out of retirement back during the 2014-15 season after massive losses to the linebacker unit. Now it seems as if it never happened.

Harrison has played 24 regular season games against the Baltimore Ravens in total. Two with the Cincinati Bengals, and the other 22 with Pittsburgh. Clearly the man is not a fan of purple and black. In 24 games Harrison has amassed 14 sacks, 60 tackles and 1 interception. He has not been kind. Including 3 play-off match-ups, Harrison tacks on another 3 sacks and 10 more tackles. The game he dominated was back in 2011, a 31-24 Pittsburgh win with 3 sacks and five tackles.

While Ravens fans may not be enthused about the another season of 92 being back on the field, Steelers fans can breathe a little easier knowing the powerhouse behemoth of an edge rusher is still there to cause mayhem among enemies.
